Planning is underway for the renovation of RP’s Cypress Course
Naples, FL - The Royal Poinciana Golf Club has retained the services of JDR to conduct a renovation of their Cypress Course. Having consulted with the Club for a number of previous years while with the AHSF Group, JDR has developed a strong relationship with the Club and its facilities. In 2008 and 2010, Drew steered the renovation of RP’s Pines Course. Now the 36-hole, private facility plans to upgrade the second course, the Pines, as a separate and unique golf experience for the members. Plans are already being developed that will create an enhanced character of the course setting, through improved green complexes, bunkering, more inviting fairways and integration of more out-of-play areas.
Work is tentatively scheduled to commence in spring of 2014, with the first 9 holes. The second nine holes will be completed in the summer of 2015.
